MARIO A. PIEDRA

Ph.D. Mario Piedra is graduated as an agronomist at the University of Costa Rica, has two master's degrees from Louisiana State University (Baton Rouge) in: Economics and Agricultural Economics and a PhD in Agricultural Economics and Agribusiness.

He has held important strategic management positions in recognized regional and international institutions such as: the Tropical Agronomic Center for Research and Teaching (CATIE), the International Center for Tropical Agriculture (CIAT) and EARTH University.
